a) LyricLens Content: The Platform and its original content, including design, text (excluding User Content and third-party lyrics), graphics, software, and the LyricLens brand, are the exclusive property of LyricLens and its licensors, protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

b) Song Lyrics: The song lyrics displayed on the Platform are owned by their respective copyright holders and are provided for educational, research, and personal entertainment purposes. Commercial use of song lyrics is strictly prohibited without due license from the copyright holders.

c) User Content: By submitting, posting, or displaying any content on the Platform (such as annotations, interpretations, comments, or translations), you grant LyricLens a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, and create derivative works from your User Content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Platform. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant us this license.

4. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to post any content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, abusive, obscene, discriminatory, or that violates the rights of third parties. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
